QUENTIN PARK, CUMWHINTON
We have submitted a planning application for a small development of 19 properties in the lovely village of Cumwhinton. Quentin Park will offer a good range of house types including 2, 3 & 4-bed houses and bungalows. All being well, we hope to launch this site in September 2019.
Cumwhinton enjoys excellent local amenities including a primary school, village shop/post office, village hall and a traditional community pub, as well as offering some delightful walks and cycle rides in and around the area.
