We are proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone this year as long-serving team member Reg Shuttleworth marks 40 years with Russell Armer by Genesis Homes.
Reg began his journey with Russell Armer Homes in 1985, joining as a painter and decorator on his first development at Collin’s Field in Kendal. Since then, he has played an important role on countless projects across the region, adding the finishing touches and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality homes for local communities. His dedication, reliability, and positive spirit have made him a highly valued member of our team for four decades.
Reflecting on this achievement, Reg said:
“It’s been a wonderful 40 years with the business, working across many fantastic developments and locations. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of people, many of whom I’m still in touch with, and I’ve gone through plenty of paint brushes that’s for sure! I continue to really enjoy what I do and am proud to celebrate this milestone.”
Russell Armer Homes was acquired by Genesis Homes in 2021, with more recent South Lakeland and Lancashire developments now delivered under the Russell Armer by Genesis Homes brand. Reg has been part of this evolution, continuing to support our growth and the creation of communities across the region.
