We are proposing to construct 34 homes, including bungalows, on this site to the north west of Carlisle city. Further news to come in 2024.

The development is ideally located, with good primary and secondary schools on its doorstep. The site provides excellent access to both Carlisle city which has pedestrian routes and public transport routes from the site, and to the western link road for easy access north to the M6 at junction 44.
