Edward’s View, Burgh by Sands

Our new development resides in a beautiful little village called Burgh-by-Sands, uniquely situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and World Heritage Site, with both Carlisle and Solway Firth nearby. The village offers a primary school, post office, and a pub. There is also a prominent statue of Edward I who died in the village in 1307, so our development name of Edward’s View was inspired by this.

Planning has been submitted for 27 new homes.  The development will incorporate a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses and bungalows.
