We have a strong internal team and local sub-consultants to assist in securing planning permissions. Additionally, we enjoy well-established relationships with Local Authorities.

We have a proven record with many land owners for our simple and quick approach. We will pay introductory fees for ‘off market’ opportunities. If you have land that fits our requirements – we’d love to hear from you.

 

What we look for…

 

  • Target locations across Cumbria, Lancashire & South Scotland.
  • Sites between 2-15 acres, suitable for 25-200 homes.
  • Desirable locations close to amenities, transport links, schools etc.
  • Sites with planning or longer term development potential.
