Spring clean those bedrooms!

We spend between 8 and 9 hours in our bedrooms so it’s good once in a while to give them a good clean and airing.

Get those windows open, move the bed so you can vacuum behind it, strip the bed and give the mattress a hoover too before putting on clean bedding (got to be one of the best feelings ever!)

Why not try sprinkling your mattress with bicarbonate of soda. Leave for 15 mins and vacuum, then pop your clean bedding back on!
