Community at Lunesdale Rise
We’re busy building 34 new homes at our Lunesdale Rise development in Kirkby Lonsdale with the final home due to be completed in Winter 2026.
Our exquisite range of homes include a mix of 2, 3 & 4-bedrooms and we’re proud to say that Lunesdale Rise will:
- Feature homes with an upgraded specification, including Silestone kitchen worktops, beautiful oak doors, luxury vinyl bathroom flooring and more as standard
- Include 12 affordable homes for local people
- Contribute over £260,000 to local community infrastructure

We currently sponsor Kirkby Lonsdale Rugby Club and we’re proud to be supporting the Mini & Youth teams at their festival in April 2026 as well as contributing towards an upcoming U12’s tour.
