We’re delighted to say that planning has been submitted for our future development, Ennerdale View, in Cleator Moor. Following planning approval, we hope to commence work in early 2026.

The proposed development, named Ennerdale View, will be perfectly located with easy access to Cleator Moor’s town centre, a range of amenities, schools, and transport links. The 95-home development will feature a range of spacious two, three, four and five-bedroom properties, designed to suit the needs of growing families, first-time buyers, and downsizers alike.
