Burgh-by-Sands is a quaint village close to both Carlisle and the Solway Firth. The village has a primary school, a pub and a post office and a prominent statue of Edward I who died in the village in 1307. Hadrian’s Wall runs through the village and the site was once that of a Roman fort, Aballava – this translates to ‘orchard’, and is where inspiration for the development name came from.
Work has now started at our fifth development, The Orchards. This development will incorporate a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses and bungalows. We hope to release availability and prices by the end of the year, please keep an eye out for build updates as we get closer to launch.
