Help To Move scheme
How does Help To Move work?
Step 1:
To apply for the Help To Move scheme, speak to the Sales Executive at your development of interest to find out which plots are available.
Step 2:
We will organise a valuation of your current property and agree an asking price.
Step 3:
We will appoint an Estate Agent to market your current property and aim to find you a suitable buyer, covering the cost of the associated fees. Your Sales Executive will liaise regularly with you and the Estate Agent to keep you updated throughout.
Step 4:
Once we have found a buyer and the chain is complete, you can secure your brand-new home, safe in the knowledge that there will be no hold ups. To officially secure your new home, you’ll need to pay the full reservation fee of £1000.

The Help To Move scheme is available on selected plots only, subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Genesis Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter these offers at any time.
The Help To Move scheme will use an estate agent, as determined by Genesis Homes, to help to market and sell your current property and cover the associated costs, as agreed by the customer and Sales Executive. Genesis Homes reserve the right to reject a Help To Move application or end the agreement at any time. If your property is sold through Genesis Homes and you do not proceed with a Genesis Homes’ plot, you must pay the total cost of the estate agency fees.
The customer cannot officially reserve a chosen plot until their current property is under offer. Genesis Homes is not liable if the customer’s preferred plot is reserved in the meantime and the customer will be offered other available plots.
