Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is Genesis Homes.
2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Genesis Homes, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition opens on the date the competition post is published and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 2nd August. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on Monday 3rd August. The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Genesis Homes social media account.
5. To enter, participants must:
* Follow @GenesisHomesUK.
* Like the competition post.
* Tag at least one person they would like to watch the next England match with in the comments.
* For one additional entry, share the competition post to their Instagram Story and tag @GenesisHomesUK. If your account is private, please send us a screenshot of your Story via direct message before the competition closes.
6. There is no limit to the number of entries. Each comment tagging a different person counts as a separate entry. The same person must not be tagged repeatedly.
7. The prize consists of:

8. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Genesis Homes reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, Genesis Homes reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including announcing the winner on Genesis Homes’ social media channels.
11. Genesis Homes accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or cannot be delivered due to technical reasons.
12. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility relating to the competition.
13. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
14. Genesis Homes reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed for the administration of the competition and in accordance with Genesis Homes’ Privacy Policy.
