Following approval at Planning Committee in September 2018, we have now received planning permission to construct a 18-home neighbourhood on Station Road, Armathwaite.
The development will comprise a mix of homes and bungalows that benefit from beautiful scenic views of the Eden Valley and the Pennines beyond. We’re due to commence construction in February, with the first properties completed in summer 2019.
The development has been named Sanders Brow after the architect of Armathwaite Station, John Holloway Sanders.
