IT is with great delight that we share the news that Chief Executive Nicky Gordon has been included in Insider Media North West’s prestigious Property Power List.
Nicky has grown the company considerably since he founded Genesis Homes in 2017, and his stature within the housebuilding industry has been recognised by being ranked number 22 in the Power List.
The list celebrates the top 100 key figures in the property industry across the entire North West region in five categories, and Nicky features in the ‘residential’ section.
The team at Insider Media which compiles the feature praised Nicky for his creativity and leadership as he has made a huge impact to the industry, quickly establishing the company as one of the largest homebuilders in the region in terms of volume of new homes built.
In the space of six years, Genesis Homes, following the acquisition of Russell Armer Homes in 2021, has grown into a business which is on track to construct more than 170 new build homes per year, creating 60 permanent job positions for local people in the process.
The Residential sector features the individuals who are providing homes in areas they are needed the most and creating new types of communities to suit the needs of current and future generations.
This recognition is hugely warranted for somebody who has worked tirelessly to create high spec, energy efficient homes across Cumbria and Lancashire, and we congratulate Nicky and thank him for his excellent leadership.
