Eden District Council has approved our 16-house scheme on land to the west of Gillian Well in Calthwaite.
Pattinson Gardens, as the development will be known, will consist of 3, 4 and 5-bed homes and 3-bed bungalows. The project features popular house types from Genesis Homes’ core range, with bungalows and houses ensuring a good mix of options and with the added benefit of views over open countryside.

The development includes four affordable homes offered at 60% of open market value. It is expected that work will start on site in April, with an anticipated sales launch date in the summer.
