New Headquarters for Genesis Homes

A growing team and rapid expansion has led to Genesis Homes taking up new residence in Penrith’s Gilwilly Industrial Estate.  This move gives Genesis Homes a great location to build a platform for the future, a prime location to navigate the County and become synonymous with the building community.

“Usually we’re the ones building new homes for others, so it’s exciting for us to be moving into a new home. A new home designed to take us to the next level, giving our growing staff the comfort, the equipment and the space to thrive.” – Nicky Gordon, Managing Director.

A rebranding and renaming of the building sees Manelli House transform into Genesis House. Formerly the home to Pirates of Penrith play area, Genesis Homes donated all soft play equipment to Kirkby Lonsdale’s Day and Residential Autism School.

“We would like to thank Genesis for this amazing donation of soft play equipment – we are in the process of completely refurbishing our gym and play facilities and the pirate equipment will be at the centre of the new provision once completed. This will form a whole new imaginary world for our young people which you can’t put a value on. “ – Chris Kirkbride, Registered Manager

Sales Manager Lisa and Mayor Scott Jackson share a joke.

Following the revamp Penrith Town Mayor, Scott Jackson visited Genesis House –  “I’m delighted in how everything has taken shape for Genesis Homes here in Gilwilly, it’s a fantastic venue to take their business forward, the Home Choices Centre is a particular highlight and something I haven’t seen before.”
