HUGE congratulations to our Chief Executive Officer Nicky Gordon who has been recognised for the huge impact he continues to have on business in the North West.
Nicky has been hand-picked to feature in the exclusive Insider Media North West 42 Under 42 list by the publication’s editorial team as he has been judged as an individual who will make a positive difference in the region in the next 10 years and beyond.
The 42 Under 42 list was started by Insider Media in response to the average age of those featuring in Insider’s annual Power List being 52, with the younger version listing those that are tipped for great things before they reach that milestone age.
Nicky’s inclusion on the list comes as he has contributed significantly to the local economy and housebuilding industry through the rapid expansion of Genesis Homes and Russell Armer Homes.
Not only is he viewed as a great businessperson who is creating hundreds of much-needed new homes for people across Cumbria and Lancashire, but is also regarded as a thought leader on construction and homebuilding issues.
Nicky said: “I’m honoured to feature in Insider Media’s 42 Under 42 and I’m in esteemed company alongside some amazing business people from across the North West who are making a hugely positive impact in the region, and across the UK.
“The list is highly regarded among the business community and to be deemed worthy of mention by the editorial team is an achievement I’m proud of for myself but more so for all associated with Genesis Homes and Russell Armer Homes.

Being selected on the list is a further feather in the cap for the company after it won a hat-trick of awards at this year’s Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards, while Nicky was also included in Insider Media North West’s Property Power List.
