Introduction:
1.1 These terms and conditions relate to Genesis Homes’ Hop into Spring 2024 Garden offer to provide £10,000 towards a dream garden for eligible customers.
Eligibility:
2.1 To qualify for the spring offer, customers must have purchased a property from Genesis Homes.
2.2 The offer is applicable only to customers who have reserved a property from 15th April, 2024 – 30th June, 2024.
2.3 The offer is valid to those who complete their sale with six months of reservation.
2.4 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2.5 The offer cannot be backdated by any length of time.
2.6 The offer is only applicable to properties reserved on or before 30th June, 2024.
2.7 The offer is on selected plots and at Genesis Homes’ complete discretion.
Spring Garden Offer:
3.1 The total payment under this offer amounts to £10,000, which will be paid in one lump sum to the customer on completion of the property.
Participation:
4.1 Customers must enrol in the Hop Into Spring campaign programme to benefit from the offer.
4.2 Enrolment details will be provided by Genesis Homes upon completion of the property purchase.
Undertaking of work:
5.1 Genesis Homes will not directly manage, design, build or pay for the garden. Instead, customers will be responsible for organising the creation, purchasing, delivery and payment of their garden design/equipment/products/building. Genesis Homes will give £10,000 towards this.
Payment Method:
6.1 The payment of £10,000 to cover the garden will be credited to the customer by Genesis Homes on completion of the property.
6.2 The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Termination of Offer:
7.1 Genesis Homes reserves the right to terminate or modify this offer at any time, with reasonable notice to customers.
7.2 Termination will not affect payments already earned but not yet applied.
Compliance:
8.1 Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the submission of bill statements.
8.2 Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the offer.
General Conditions:
9.1 Genesis Homes’ decision on all matters relating to this offer is final.
