This week we have launched our Genesis Journey which has been created to simply enable our customers to understand the process of buying a Genesis Home, from the initial enquiry to the moving in day and aftercare.
The Customer Journey is split into three stages:
Stage 1- Finding your perfect home
Stage 2- Mortgages, contracts and choices
Stage 3- Moving into your home
The stages are shown via a stop animation video with little characters, which very simply explains how to buy a Genesis Home.
