We’re busy building 99 new homes at our Derwent Rise development in the centre of Seaton with the final home due to be completed in Spring 2029.

Our contemporary range of homes include a mix of 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedrooms and we’re proud to say that Derwent Rise will:

Feature high specification homes with solar panels and EV chargers as standard
Include 18 affordable homes for local people
Contribute £6,600 towards the monitoring and delivery of local sustainable travel initiatives

Connecting with the communities where we build is important to us. We’re passionate about communication, collaboration and giving back.

Below you can see some of the brilliant projects we’ve already been part of to benefit the wider area and we also have some upcoming collaborations which we can’t wait to share details on soon. This includes headline sponsorship of Seaton Festival for 2026 and partnering with a West Cumbrian school through the Centre for Leadership Performance on their Leading Change programme in April 2026.

48hr Road Repair

We were asked to come to the aid of the Seaton community when the access road to St Peter’s church was damaged by bad weather. We are proud to say we were able to respond quickly and make a real difference with essential road repairs organised for the very next day.
