We’re busy building 90 new homes at our Sandsfield Way development in Carlisle with the final home due to be completed around Winter 2028.

Our contemporary range of homes include a mix of 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedrooms and we’re proud to say that Sandsfield Way will:

Feature high specification homes with solar panels and EV chargers as standard
Include 18 affordable homes, comprising of bungalows and 2 & 3-bedroom properties
Contribute over £530,000 towards secondary education, traffic management, enhancing accessibility, monitoring and delivery of local sustainable travel initiatives, and provision of artificial pitches, benefitting the wider community.

We’re also pleased to have installed the onsite footpath link and crossing at Prior Wood Close, enhancing accessibility.

We’re delighted to be a patron of Carlisle Youth Zone who are a fantastic facility for young people to connect, explore and express themselves 6 days a week – all for 50p per session!
