We’re busy building 89 new homes at our Nancy Meadows development in Burneside on the outskirts of Kendal with the final home due to be completed around Winter 2028.

Our contemporary and characterful range of homes include a mix of 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedrooms with a high specification, solar panels and EV chargers as standard.

While this is the debut of the Genesis Homes range in the town, we are no stranger to the area, having delivered the neighbouring Russell Armer Meadow Rigg development over the past few years.

We’re proud to say that Nancy Meadows and Meadow Rigg will significantly contribute to the wider community:

Over £1 million to support community infrastructure
45 affordable homes across both developments
A £50,000 contribution to a local play area
£277,000 for off-site drainage infrastructure works
£6,600 towards the monitoring and delivery of local sustainable travel initiatives

We hosted a group of students from Queen Katherine School in Kendal as part of their work experience week. The session was designed by our team to broaden aspirations and showcase the diverse career opportunities within the construction sector.
