  1. The Home Goals Incentive offers eligible purchasers up to £10,000 towards helping you “Score Your Next Move”.
  2. The incentive can be used towards a range of home-enhancing options, including but not limited to:
    • Flooring packages
    • Kitchen upgrades
    • Deposit contributions
    • Other agreed incentives at the discretion of Genesis Homes
  3. The maximum incentive value available is £10,000 per reservation.
  4. To qualify, customers must reserve a new Genesis Homes property on or before 31 July 2026.
  5. The incentive is available on selected plots and developments only and is subject to availability.
  6. The incentive has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from the purchase price unless expressly agreed by Genesis Homes.
  7. Incentive options and specifications are subject to availability and may vary by development and stage of construction.
  8. The incentive must be agreed at the point of reservation and cannot be added retrospectively.
  9. Genesis Homes reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  10. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless agreed in writing by Genesis Homes.
