We were asked to come to the aid of the Seaton community when the access road to St Peter’s church was damaged by bad weather. We are proud to say we were able to respond quickly and make a real difference with essential road repairs organised for the very next day.

A group of students from St Paul’s Junior School in Seaton visited our Derwent Rise development for an insightful and hands-on morning where they took a site tour, discovered what it takes to build a home and learned about looking after plants in our show home garden.

We were thrilled to be headline sponsor of Seaton Fest, a fantastic local event that brings the whole community together. And even better that the event took place just a stone’s throw from Derwent Rise – a great opportunity for our future residents here!

We took part in a Mock Interview Event at St Joseph’s School in Workington, supporting with CV guidance as well as conducting mock interviews to help prepare the students for their next step.
