We’re busy building 27 new homes at our Edward’s View development in Burgh-by-Sands with the final home due to be completed around Spring 2027. The development features a range of 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedroom homes with a high specification, solar panels and EV chargers as standard.

Edward’s View sees Genesis Homes return to Burgh-by-Sands following the construction of The Orchards in 2022. We’re proud to say that both developments benefit the wider community and ensure it remains a great place to live with:

£188,726 contributed towards an additional 9 primary school places
£56,600 invested to support improvement of open space in Burgh-by-Sands
9 affordable homes across both developments

Carlisle Youth Zone

We’re delighted to be a patron of Carlisle Youth Zone who are a fantastic facility for young people to connect, explore and express themselves 6 days a week – all for 50p per session!

Supporting the next generation

We’re proud to take part in local careers events to help inspire students looking to take their next steps, share information on working in the construction industry and discuss pathways.

We’re delighted to say we currently support the following local sports clubs through sponsorship, with some new partnerships in the pipeline.

The Rebuild Site

Working in partnership with The Rebuild Site, we donate surplus materials from our developments to be reused and repurposed. Whether they’re being used on a home DIY project or supporting school workshops and community groups, we’re pleased to reduce waste and have a positive impact in local communities.
