1. Rooted in Community
We’re committed to designing and creating welcoming community spaces on our developments to benefit a variety of residents as well as the wider community. From friendship benches and book sharing huts to natural play features and wildlife corners, each development will include a range of unique community elements.
We’re also passionate about hosting neighbour events that bring people together and foster genuine connections between new homeowners.
We aim to communicate and collaborate with local communities and customer feedback will be key in shaping future developments.
2. Inspiring Growth
We’re dedicated to working with schools, colleges, and other education providers close to Genesis developments to inspire the next generation. Our work and partnerships aim to support skills, increase aspirations and provide opportunity for first-hand experiences.
From attending careers events and providing mock interview support to delivering workshops and hosting site visits, we’re passionate about getting involved with a range of opportunities to inspire future talent.
3. Impact in Action
We are proud to support local initiatives and deliver meaningful projects that make a tangible difference in the areas where we build. It’s vital that we become part of existing communities and feel strongly about supporting causes that matter to our residents and local people.
